Hartwell Maritime SRL is a Romanian-registered recruitment company operating under Romanian Law 156/2000 and applicable EU directives. We do not charge any recruitment fee to workers. All placement-related costs are borne by the hiring employer / client under our B2B service contracts.
5. B2B Service Agreements
Inquiries submitted via the website do not constitute a binding contract. Any engagement with Hartwell Maritime — whether Crew Supply, Subcontracting, or Project Teams — is formalized through a separate signed service agreement defining scope, pricing, timelines, compliance obligations, and termination terms. These Terms do not override any such executed contract.
